I can't login with my username and password?

If you are absolutely sure you're using the correct username and password, and you have tried resetting your password with no success, double check the following:
  • Usernames are case sensitive, so make sure you enter them as you signed up
  • If you previously used another service to sign in (e.g. TowersStreet) you now need to migrate your account back to an individual ridecount account.
