My profile is not yet activated when I sign in?

If you receive the message that your profile is not activated when you sign in, you need to check your email to see if you have received a confirmation message that contains a link to click to re-activate your account.

We only send this email to you when:
  • you sign up to the site for the first time
  • you change your registered account email address on the site.
Please check your JUNK or SPAM folders for the activation email as many providers unfortunately consider our email to be unwanted spam.

If you still can not activate your account or have not received the email to activate your account, please contact support who will assist further.
