My ridecount signature is not updating?

If your ridecount image signature does not appear to be updating, there may be an issue with your browser firstly caching (i.e. storing a temporary copy) of the image.

You should request a 'hard refresh' of your image link or on the profile page to force your browser to reload all of the files from our server. You can usually do this by pressing CTRL + F5, or holding down the SHIFT key whilst hitting reload in your browser.

If this fails to display your correct signature, you can ask our system to regenerate your signature image manually for you. You can find the link to do this on your profile page below the signature image, or by clicking here if you are signed in to your account.
